These are great for family members or friends to let you know when they arrived home. Our adult children will touch their lamp when they travel from our home back to theirs and it is just a quick way to say I made it home safe. They walk by their lamp, see it, and simply touch it. Each lamp can be set to a unique color that then get's sent to all of the other lamps. We can then "answer" by simply touching our lamp and their lamp changes to our color and they know that we saw they made it back. This is a great technology. Set up is easy. I have the larger luvlink lamp already but really like this smaller form factor as well. I am going to take one of these to the office. Getting two of these and having no subscription fees, I found this to be a good value. Only thing I find as a negative is no power adapter is included. These are usb powered so you can plug them into just about anything but it would've been nice to not have to hunt around for a power adapter.

These are great communication devices that let the other person know you’re thinking of them. You just have to download the app, you can create a group, codes, colours and animations. There’s a single or pair option. The pair are individually packaged in separate boxes and come with a UsB-C charger cord each so that you can gift the other one. The LED lamps aren’t made with expensive materials to justify the price. You’re paying for the technology to communicate with another person through the app with the lamps. Overall, it’s a pretty neat concept. It’s worth the price if you have a long distance relationship or best friend. It would make a thoughtful gift.
I luv these LuvLink friendship lamps. They are made well and are very cute. I luv that you can touch the lamp and send a luv signal to your far-away loved one or best friend. You just download the app on your smartphone and connect the 2 heart lamps via Bluetooth. This is a pretty easy process. The heart fits down into the stand, you plug them in via the included USB-C cables, connect the hearts via Bluetooth, and there is a button on the stand that you press to send a luv signal. Overall, I really do luv these friendship lamps. They make an awesome gift.

The heart shaped light stand comes with a wood base that you simply slide the light panel into, plug the USB into the back of the stand and the light is ready to go. Download the LuvLink app., follow the instructions to set up your group and away you go. Settings are primarily managed through the application: colour, brightness, colour codes, dimming, animations and so on. We have set these up with a quick cheat sheet listing the meanings behind the colours and codes that we transmit back and forth. This 2-pack of touch lamps are cute! The LED lights are very bright. I like that there are multiple ways of using it (either by the touch button on the light itself or via the app). In the app, you can set different phrases/words to different colors. I have quite a few set up for my husband and myself, but the one I most often use is ‘Call Me’ which I have assigned as red. That way when his heart (which is on his desk at work) lights up red, he knows I need to speak with him and he’ll call me.
I'm sure there is more going on, but my kids sure do love these - so do their friends. They have some secret codes/messages they are able to send each other using these lamps. Whatever it is, they really like these lamps. I like that there is no subscription required for these - just connect them to WiFi and enjoy.
