We understand that sometimes the product delivered to you doesn’t perform or is damaged during the shipping. We have a comprehensive returns policy set out below, but we strongly recommend that you research the product before purchasing to make sure it is what you are after. Here’s a complete explanation of our refunds and returns policy.


30-day money-back guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may return the package within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to our US return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  A photo of your purchase with the complete packaging must be sent prior to the return.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us or email us at support@luvlink.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

12-month warranty

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty.  If the item does not operate correctly within 12 months of purchase then we will provide a hassle free replacement.  To begin the replacement process, please contact our Support Team via our contact form with the details about the product.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, please get in touch immediately so that we can work with you to return the item and once the return is accepted, we will arrange a replacement.  Used items cannot be returned for an exchange.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  Just reach out if you have not received the refund by the scheduled date and we'll look into the matter promptly.

 

Cancellation

Please contact LuvLink immediately if you wish to cancel your order.  If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.  However, under the 30-day return policy, you may still return the items for a refund.
