Wonderful way to stay connected
Currently, I have three friendship lamps and three different groups. I highly recommend these to friends and family. I have had friends purchase them based on my reviews. Customer support is the most amazing I’ve seen in a long time. The only downfall is troubleshooting issues going back-and-forth with emails is quite stressful. Currently having a difficult time creating two groups on one Lamp.

Been watching your IG page for a while now. Finally decided to pull the trigger and get these lamps since I was liking what I saw. I got 4 Lamps. One for myself, my Mom, my daughter and my sister to stay connected. Texting is one way but this was a different more intimate way. You see we lost my Dad back in Aug 2024 and it being the first Holidays without him I knew it was going to be hard. Our lives have changed and Mom has had to temporarily move away from us and, that's been really hard too. So this was my main reason for getting these Lamps. I wanted my Mom to not feel alone. Especially when she is sitting in her bedroom late at night alone, I could just picture her and it broke my heart. I knew then it was time to make the purchase. Even thought I liked the round cylinder style. I still chose to buy the House shape as it was more fitting for our family a symbol of my Dad. My Dad would always say to us... "Home is where the Heart is" and indeed it is! Never apart always Home! We love our Lamps. When someone sends their color it brings instant happiness, love , reassurance and, we know we are not alone. If you are on the fence because of price or whatever reason. Get them! They are more than worth it. I'm so happy I got these. It truly was the perfect Christmas gift. The kind that keeps giving...

So far so good! Heard these things can be tricky to set up and the tech was a little glitchy but we’re up and running now.
I ordered (4) of the house units; (1) for me, (2) for family members, and (1) for a friend. I placed mine in the middle of the house, so when either myself or my fiancé walk by we tap it. The units are fun and cute way to stay connected with the family, since we live out of state. My 2 issues are: (1) my moms unit didn’t work, even though it was new. It hooked up fine but no matter what the button on the house didn’t work. Fortunately, the support help responded quickly and we determined that it needed to be replaced. So we’re waiting on a new one. (2) It was discovered that if you make multiple groups, you can only be in 1 group at a time. You would have to own multiple devices for each group. So my friend had to be added to the family group. Not an issue but there should be a way for a main host to be in multiple groups. Where if I tap the unit it goes to all groups and I receive all groups back, but when the others tap, only the ones in the same group would see it. Not sure if that makes sense. Why would I want to buy multiple devices, that makes no sense.
This will be my second purchase. I have the original lamp with my mother, and she absolutely loves being able to keep in touch with me that way. My most recent purchase was for my two sisters who live in a different state and they are over the top in love with the lamp. Now I am considering buying one for my friend and who, and her daughter as a last minute Christmas gift. My original one has been replaced twice due to issues, but customer service has always been amazing
This will now be the 4th product I have ordered from LuvLink and I cannot stress enough just how much I love everything this company has made! Each order comes in pairs so I now have 8 separate products from LuvLink and I have yet to have one of them fail. I love it! I'm connected to my young grandchildren. They each have their own color and we say hi throughout the day. And when it's bed time they flash the red telling me I love you and time for bed. Got my first lamp maybe two or so years ago, for my mom and I for christmas. Well just in time for THIS christmas, both of our original lamps started to crap out on us lol! We use them a lot so it was only a matter of time. I was looking into getting us new ones, and there were so many more options now! I saw the houses and I couldn't resist. I treated us both to these adorable little lamps to replace our old ones. I love the new app they have now. I bought this to share with my six year old niece, who lives about forty minutes away from me. We've been using this since the holidays and honestly there are days we use them multiple times. Sometimes we get into just sending lights back and forth and I can almost hear her giggling across the miles as we send blinking colors back and forth. This isn't just for adults... it's a great way to be in touch between the generations too. This is one of the best gifts I've bought her...and me. this product is great and I have had them before. It did not connect to teh schools WiFi network even after contacting IT or registering it. It worke for others but not for me. Overall I hate the issues. I lov their products so much. It did not work. I will us it at my hom network. I do recommend just not for a college student because connecting to WiFi is troublesome.
