Customize Your Friendship Lamp

Did you know, that you can use the LuvLink App to customize your Friendship Lamp?  You can change the color on the lamp itself by holding down the touch pad and scrolling through the colors.  However, with the app you can do even more!  Pick from unlimited colors and gradients, change animations, increase or decrease the brightness, extend or reduce the dimming time and set a sleep timer! 

• Color Settings
To change your lamp’s color, click on the cog wheel next to your lamp, go to color settings and select from an unlimited range of colors and gradients.  Press save, and your lamp will update to the new color and this will be your default when sending colors.

• Brightness
To adjust the brightness of your lamp, open the LuvLink App, access your lamp's settings (cog wheel), select "Brightness" under Device Functionality, use the slider to increase or decrease the light, then save and enjoy your ideal setting.  

• Dimming Time
When a Friendship Lamp is touched, all lamps in the group will pulse for about 30 seconds before staying on for a default of 30 minutes, gradually dimming until they turn off automatically. Using the “Dimming Time” feature, you can extend this time from the default 30 minutes up to 23 hours, making it easy to see the last color sent to your group even if you’re out for the day. On the animation page you can update how long your lamps animate for.

• Sleep Timer
The Sleep Timer feature in the LuvLink App is perfect for groups with lamps connected across different time zones. By setting a "sleeping time" for your lamp, you can also choose a dimmer light level during your sleep hours.  This means you can reduce the brightness of the lamp during certain hours to avoid being woken up in the middle of the night!
